Victoria police are urging drivers to keep away from a stretch of Douglas Avenue following a motorcar accident Tuesday afternoon.
VicPD posted to X (previously Twitter) round 4:54 p.m., saying “officers are at present on scene for a motorcar accident” within the 2100-block of Douglas Avenue close to Pembroke Avenue in downtown Victoria.

A white truck and a blue motorbike are badly broken and behind police tape.
Police say visitors is being diverted off Douglas Avenue in each instructions from Princess Avenue to Caledonia Avenue.
